Unfortunately I didn’t get the kind man’s name, but we came in with a few pieces: a watch to remove a few links, a ring that needed to be reshaped, and a necklace that needed a new clasp. All of t ... More hese items are incredibly important to me as they are my mom’s and she passed on a few years ago. The kind repair man there was very patient and took incredible care of each piece and was able to make the changes right then and there. He even cleaned them and they shine like new now. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and care. I will be back again!
