This was my first experience with Medawar's Jewelry. I had popped in while waiting for my food next door to see how much it would be to size my wedding ring as I needed it taken down 1.5 sizes and had ... More been turned down at another jeweler. They were very nice, help me pick my new size, and gave me a quote. I wanted to wait till I got a replacement ring as I said it would take a week. As soon as I got the dupe ring I returned. Again very professional, very helpful gave me an estimated time frame that it would be completed and said there should be no issues with sizing my ring. They called on the day they said they would, I picked it up it fits perfectly, it was less expensive than the original jewelry store I had been quoted by before they declined. I cannot say enough about what a positive experience this has been. I will be returning & will also be sending my family here as well 😊

From the beginning, our experience at Medawar has been fantastic. We originally went in looking for engagement rings and Taylor helped us find one that fit our vision, price point, and family stones w ... More e wanted to use. Throughout the process, communication was amazing, we got several custom CAD images until we found one we all loved, and she even resized my fiancé's ring when it was the wrong size. Shortly after, my mom wanted to sell some of the jewelry she didn't wear often and put it towards new pieces that fit her style better. We went back and worked with Taylor again, who helped value the gold and walked us through the process step-by-step, and then helped my mom find several classic pieces she will wear for many years to come. Our experience at Medawar has been absolutely fantastic, and we look forward to returning for wedding bands in a few months!

I’m an industry professional with 20+ years in the jewelry business. I’m a GIA certified gemologist with over $27 million in sales since 2002. I won’t go back to this store ever again. I took 1 ... More 5 grams of 18 KT gold in to scrap and their top price was $50 a gram. The national average PAID FOR SCRAP 18 Karat to date is almost double that. Ken seemed like he just wanted me out of the store and too lazy to do the work. Every question I asked was met with a response of why I should sell it to somebody else. It really seemed like he just didn’t want to work. After this experience I will keep dealing with Rottermonds in Milford. Be sure to do your research, if this is normal for this store I feel bad for anybody who has dealt with them. The owner should pull the tapes and see how many excuses Ken gave me not to buy my gold. He wouldn’t even make an offer until I really pressed him.
